With a special focus on the kitchen and living areas, Sarah utilised her creative talents to expertly elevate the renovation of this Tauranga home.

A light and airy feeling was created with black and white elements repeated throughout the home, where warm wood and earthy tones helped to soften the look.
Inherited mid-century modern furniture and earthy mustard and olive green helped to blend a 1950’s style with current modern living.
Using black accents in the tiling, lampshades, barstools and several thoughtful décor pieces, graphic interest was added to an otherwise all-white kitchen, creating a timeless and fresh look.
Sarah made sure the balance between dark and light elements was just right, and the considered mix of white and black has given the space a timeless update on mid-century modern design to create the hub of the family home, that enables conversation and family connection.
Beautiful pot plants throughout complement the clean, tropical feel of this home and evoke a connection with the environment.
The result is a transitional look that is timeless, yet warm and harmonious.
